"There’s literally no soap in the shower soap dispenser so clearly housekeeping hadn’t checked it in several nights because they would’ve replaced it if they would’ve checked. It was prom night, so there is people out late, the rooms are not insulated, we heard all sorts of noise, both voices and door, slamming, totally ruined our night sleep"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet, and convenient to shopping and touristy things to do. It is up in the hills on the southwest side of the city. The property had all of the needed conveniences."

"This is a gem tucked away in quiet mountain neighborhood. Outdoor area includes a hot tub and table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful back yard. Comfortable living area including tv with streaming access. Bedrooms are large and bedding is so comfy. Remember there is no kitchen but there is a mini-fridge, microwave and various coffee makers to choose from. Plenty of grocery stores/restaurants close by. Additionally they had some gym equipment, a desk/chair and a piano! Hosts communicate well and are accommodating. Highly recommend this property!"

"Mark was a great host. His property was charming, relaxing and a perfect canyon getaway. His directions, ideas and descriptions were spot on and made for a great first time to the area experience. "

"The property is beautiful, very spacious and well furnished. The only complaint is that the property does not have central heat and air and the temperatures reached 80 plus degrees while we were there. The bedrooms were very hot and we did not sleep well. There was only a mini split unit in the kitchen which did not cool the whole house. We asked about it and were told that they bring in seasons portable air conditioners but only in the summer months. It would also be helpful if they provided a welcome book with a manual on how to operate everything in the house. "
