The hotel is beautiful, the room was clean and looked just like the photos. Excellent location with plenty of places to eat located around the hotel in the old town. Could not fault the service or the accommodation provided. I had an issue with the lock (my issue as I was doing it wrong!) and had excellent communication to fix it. I would say check in with the accommodation holders ahead of time as it’s a self check in property and can be confusing
