"I was the only guest as far as I could tell, and although a nice place the hotel is a little basic, simple things in design of place could have so much better, the Thai lady owner is keen to make as much profit as possible, which kind of hurts the place, the swimming pool is excellent, and although it’s out the way it’s only a ten minute stroll to town bars lotus shop and restaurants "

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the golden pine resort , the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was very tasty and much food to choose from , the swimming pool was large and clean for a relaxing swim after a day of sight seeing , the staff were very helpful and kind people , The resort is just out of the city with rice farming around and views of the mountains , it was nice and quiet at this resort . Thank you golden pine resort for a very enjoyable stay ."

"Location is great but the place is unfortunately poorly maintained. Rooms are ok but bathroom was dirty. Closet broken as well as rack for hanging towels. Pool has a spectacular view but extremely limited opening hours. Breakfast very basic. Be aware of mosquitoes, there are a lot!"
