Låt er inte luras av priset
Hoppa över detta alternativ. Sannolikt den mest obekväma säng jag sovit i. Ägarnas snålhet har bedragit deras vishet. För att skydda madrassen har de behållit den tjocka plasten som omsluter den. Det betyder att madrassen inte sviktar det minsta, och resultatet är som att sova på ett golv. Det finns en massa och betydligt bättre alternativ i närheten till samma eller t o m lägre pris.

Nice hotel to stay
This hotel is not for tourist, but recommend to long term stay person. locate a little far about 3-4km from center.
But, near hotel many small restayrant and bar, confort to stay. Tuk-tuk easy to find nearby.
Here is safety, and confort.

郊外に建つ中規模のホテル
部屋でインターネットがほとんど使えず１階のロビーに行っていた。
朝食付の部屋を予約したが、非常に質素でトーストとコーヒーしか無かった。
スタッフが皆素人ぽい、大型ホテルのスタッフと比べるとだいぶ劣る。
ベットが硬く、冷 たい為熟睡できなかった。
２ミリぐらいの蟻が出てきて、食べかけの物は出しておけず、全て冷蔵庫に入れた。
１階のフロントには蚊が多く、１５分以上は居られなかった。
部屋の掃除の時間が一定してなく午後に来たり、午前に来たりで、不便だった。
床のタイルが浮いてきて、補修工事を夜７時過ぎまで、物凄い音を出しながら、各部屋でやっていた。
２ヵ月の間に停電が２回有った。
シャワーの出が悪く、温度も低い為、」涼しい日はシャワーは寒くて使えなかった。
エクスペディアで１ヵ月５万６千円で契約したが、現地ホテルでは、7500バーツ約２万４千円で契約しており、実に２．３倍も取られていた。
お湯を沸かすポットが無くて不便だった。
エアコンでなくクーラーだったので寒い日は暖房が無く不便だった。

Lovely stay with friends
The room was very big and spacious with good lighting and a balcony. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a mall close to the hotel but it is difficult to find a tuktuk from the hotel..you have to walk to the main road.

私は、チェンマイに年住んでいたのでこの辺の土地は良く知っているので、このホテルを利用しますが初めてチェンマイに旅行される方には少し不便だと思います。(ただし、ソンティオやツクツクは簡単に見つかります。ツクツクで中心地まで120-140バーツ)ホテルは築5年くらいなので綺麗です、このホテルは月単位の部屋貸しもやっていますので長期滞在には便利です、セキュリティーもしっかりしています。 朝はパンとコーヒーが無料です。

worst bed ever
Hotel is situated in a back alley. Need a tuk tuk or taxi to get anywhere and nothing close by apart from 1 restaurant and 1 7/11 shop. Hotel staff speak minimal English and can come across as quite rude. Room was ok, good size and cleaned to a good standard daily. The bed was like sleeping on a concrete block, absolutely terrible. Found it difficult to sleep every night.
