I love it
For the money = a bargain in a great location. Clean - simple accommodation in the perfect lication of the Old City. Walking distance to all the places you wxnt to visit. Lots of food - coffee- just down the street. Quiet Near to Sompet Market Try Grazie Restaurant for the best Thai food - cheap. Small Restaurant IN the hotel also has great food

A bargain jewel for travelers
It’s a basic travelers hotel. Nothing fancy But very clean. Quiet, safe Staff is great Small full menu restaurant onsite. My go to place in Old City Chiang Mai

Ihan hyvällä paikalla vanhan kaupungin koillisosassa. Perushuone on hostellitasoa, ei mitään ekstraa, ei sisustuksia. Siisteys samoin jää hotellitasosta ja ei sopine hygieniastaan edes hieman tarkoille. Äänieristys varsinkin ensimmäisessä kerroksessa luokaton ja wifi huono. Suosittelen vain budjettimatkailijoille.

It was overall good but I wish they were more specific about the onsite parking. They practically don’t have room for parking except for a little spot on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. If there had been another car besides the big bike that was there, we would’ve had no parking. Grant it, it is in a good spot. Not bad if you’re in a hurry to find somewhere to stop for the night.

Northland House has a great location in Old Town. Lots of very good cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The restaurant on the ground floor is super good. Excellent food at reasonable price. The hostess is very kind with good service.

Great Location
I found this hotels location to be excellent for local eats Andy closeness to public transportation. It was by far the best location I have stayed at in Chiang Mai for the price. The restaurant that was attached to the hotel had great food as well, however we only ate there a couple times as we wanted to experience other restaurants near by.
