This is really a nice place. While it is right in the Chang Mai old town, it is very quiet and full of green plants. The breakfasts are excellent and the staff was extremely helpful in assisting us in our tourist visit.

Fantastiskt trevligt ställe, väldigt familjärt och fantastisk service. Fräscha, rena och väldigt trivsamma rum, rent och prydligt. Liten pool, men duger för ett dopp. Bra läge i kanten av gamla stan. Återvänder jag någon gång till Chiang Mai är det här jag tänker bo! Rekommenderas varmt!

Mosiquito infested with horrible service

We checked in to the Twenty Lodge and from the moment we got in we were swarmed with mosiquitos. We went to the front desk twice asking for help and they just gave us spray and a coil to burn. There were no mosiquito nets either. In the 1 hour we were in the room we killed over 50 mosquitos. I've been traveling all over SE Asia and never seen anything this bad. We called hotels.com to see if we could get a refund bc we paid in full for 3 nights. Hotels.com tried to call the front desk multiple times and they never answered even when I asked them too. We ended up leaving our fully paid for 3 night hotel and moved across town. We never got the refund from the hotel but luckily hotels.com gave us a $100 credit. It was by far the worse hotel situation I have had. When we were leaving we even saw the staff walking around with mosquito zapppers. DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff was so unhelpful and they have a horrible mosquito infestation. When I received a note from the hotel asking why I left I explained the situation and personally asked them for a refund and they would still not do it bc of 'hotel policy.' Ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and check out the Thaepae Loft which is fabulous.

Rustig gelegen, goed verzorgd hotel met mooie binn

Het hotel is rustig gelegen, op een kwartiertje van het toeristische centrum, of 5 minuten per taxi. De kamers zijn ruim en proper. De binnentuin is ook mooi om te vertoeven en ideaal om 's avonds nog eentje te drinken. Het ontbijt is lekker met oa verse fruitsalade. De luidruchtige airco die vol op het bed blaast, de douche die overloopt als je langer dan 10 minuten er in staat, de dunne muren die het geluid van de andere hotelgasten onvoldoende tegenhoudt en geen reserverol wc papier zorgen er voor dat het voor mij geen 5 sterren waard is.

Bad service, remote location, overpriced rooms

Beautiful property but poorly trained staff. Not helpful most of the time and looks like they're there to chill and take a vacation themselves. Rarely smile or greet guests (most of them prefer to ignore you as you walk past). If you are the type of traveller who can put up with less than mediocre service and mostly DIY everything - rarely needing to interact with the staff in anyway - then this hotel should make you rather happy. It's far away from all the actions and located in a sleepy Wichit area, so you'd need to take a taxi to everywhere else. The pool is nice though and the breakfast area beautiful. The building feels like a big Malaysian Chinese mansion. The rooms were also disappointing. They look so spartan and too minimalist, it's like they were trying to make up for the fancy exterior by saving on furniture. Rather overpriced rooms given the quality. I would not go back during my next trip.

El hotel extremadamente limpio. Los dueños amables y atentos. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. La ubicación dentro de la zona antigua lo hace ideal para visitar esta zona, nosotros visitamos incluso el night bazaar andando. El desayuno estupendo. Cogimos la excursión de los elefantes en el propio hotel, aunque luego encontramos gente en la excursión que la había conseguido más barato regateando en agencias..eso ya depende de cada uno. Para ir a la estación el día que nos fuimos la dueña mandó a una empleada a negociar con un taxista por nosotros para conseguir mejor precio.

Schnuckeliges Hotel

Das ist ein ganz kleine schnuckelige Lodge. Sehr empfehlenswert. Einfache Zimmer aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Einziger kleiner Nachteil unser Zimmer lag mit einer Seite an einer kleinen Seitenstraße wo doch öfters mal ein Motorroller oder Tuk Tuk vorbei fuhr. Aber das war in einem absolut erträglichem Maß. Alles ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Als wir im Pool waren bekamen wir gleich ein Getränk und Kekse gereicht 👍🏼

Points positifs de l'hôtel: très joli cadre avec de bonnes odeurs de jasmin, magnifiques chambres spacieuses, magnifique jardin, situé dans le "carré", pas trop loin de tout, quartier très tranquille, on y dort bien, climatisation facilement réglable. Points négatifs de l'hôtel: Personnel pas sympa et mou, nous avons trouvé des chenilles dans notre salle de bain au bout du 2e jour, il est obligatoire de louer un scooter ou de prendre le taxi assez souvent pour se déplacer.

Hôtel tranquille au coeur d'une grande ville

Si votre intérêt est de visiter la vieille ville, c'est un bel endroit mais sachez qu'aussitôt que vous désirez sortir du secteur un tuk-tuk ou un taxi est de mise. Les tours guidés viennent vous chercher à l'hôtel de sorte que les visites en dehors de la ville ne causent pas de problèmes.

Prachtig klein hotelletje. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Goed verzorgd. Prima ontbijt. Helaas om het hotel niet veel te beleven. Is dus wat verder van het vertier en uitgaan/shop gelegenheden maar met een rode taxi goed en voordelig bereiken. Meeste taxichauffeurs weten dit hotel te vinden en mocht dat niet zo zijn zeg dan gewoon dat je naar de Wat Dab Phai tempel wilt. Die kennen ze allemaal en die is om de hoek van het hotel. Zou zeker dit hotel aanraden!

Ljuvligt rofyllt

Efter att ha rest i mer än en evighet kom vi äntligen fram. Chiang Mais fantastiska klimat.. Svalt på kväll (ca 18 grader) o varmt uppåt dagen (28-30 grader).. Vi checkade in kl 18.30 och vi kände oss välkomna med stora varma leenden från personalen. Hotellet är rent och fräscht, den magiska trädgården putsas på varje kväll. Lagom stor/lite pool o ett litet gym. Rummen var stora och utrustade med safe, skrivbord, kyl, AC, garderob samt badrum. Enda nackdelen var dörrarna in till badrummet. De var några slags "Saloondörrar" som båda var i olika storlek o täckte inte dörren. Tjusigt men jobbigt om man behövde vara privat... Personalen mycket hjälpsam o kom med tips på både aktiviteter och restauranger. Frukosten okej men efter en stund kanske något enformig. Ett cafe (East cafe) snett över gatan var dock mycket prisvärt! Hotellet ligger i Old city men i ett lungt hörn. Ett besök på nightmarket både inom o utanför muren ett måste. En favorit blev dock Oksan market! Missa inte detta! Maten utsökt och vill man handla är allt MYCKET billigare än resten av landet. Chiang Mai en klar favorit och kommer vi hit kommer vi ABSOLUT bo på the 20 Lodge igen. Klart prisvärt med mycket charm!

整體感覺舒適悠閒

此次住了4晚，盥洗用品一應俱全，房間大且舒適 旅館環境清幽，雖然離鬧區遠了些，但搭乘嘟嘟車仍頗方便 雖少了些許便利性，但多了寧靜悠閒的度假氛圍 員工態度都很友善，早餐也很用心準備
