今次是第2次住了，比上次好。職員幫手拿行李，床舒服，地點好，租電單車四處遊方便。性價比高，唯一可改善地方是晚上大堂好熱，可延長冷氣時間。

職員服務差，面部黑口黑面，沒有告訴客人有 shuttle 去central plaza。早餐款式比較小，吃早餐時，還有2名職員在大堂玩打架。房間簡約，企缸冲涼比較窄。整體乾淨及整潔。未入住前，不停 send email 叫我去上傳䕶照相片上去，我沒有上傳，就每日都收到電郵叫我上傳，由於個人私穩，沒理由叫客人未入住就上傳個人資料去。

整体都覺得房間寬敞舒適及整潔，去机埸交通方便快捷，但美中不足是泳池太細及晚上8点唔開。

地點方便近夜市，房間整潔舒適 唯一失望的是 Pool side room旁的泳池其實位於酒店大堂中間 而且泳池的水面十分骯髒，根本不能下水。令人感到被騙。

酒店員工態度友善且樂於助人，房間整潔舒適，位置方便，附近有很多商店，到夜市步行5分鐘，早餐較為簡單。

一張房咭不方便
地點好，近夜市，附近有超市便利店，按摩店食店，也可租電單車。酒店有個玩水池，早餐可以但選擇不多。唯一不滿的就是不能多取一張門咭，我有兩間房，要求延遲一小時退房但職員說只可以一間房延遲十分奇怪。下次會選擇其他的酒店。

位置極佳，步行4-5分鐘可達巴士總站及清萊夜市。但很奇怪，雖然我們倆人住宿三晚，但每天都只送來一隻牙刷。早餐只一般水平，有麵包、米飯和水果等。

從清萊機場去酒店乘的士都只係一百六十泰銖，而酒店出外不到十分鐘腳程就到遊客區，那边有夜市，清萊巴士總站，超市，找换店，猫Cafe等，樣樣都齊，非常方便。 員工們非常禮貌，親切，笑容滿面，值得讚賞。 房間大小適中，十分清潔，提供早餐，有室內泳池，總結四個字形容， 。。。。性價比高。。。。

靠近清萊夜市的新飯店
這是靠近清萊夜市的新飯店，早餐小而美，游泳漂亮但是太小。員工態度親切和善，性價比很高。飯店位於清邁夜市就在旁邊，附近還有一家貓咖啡餐廳，雖然僅供應簡餐和飲料，但是小朋友非愛死不可。

The hotel is quite new and tidy. The breakfast is better than expected. The swimming pool is too small and a bit funny to be surrounded by rooms in the middle. However, I think the reception may need improvement. I have booked two twin rooms for 4 persons 1 night on 11 Jan. I went to the hotel at 9am, the staff told me that check in time was 2pm and allowed me to drop down 3 baggages, thats fine. I showed them the hotel voucher but they didn't see it nor not even checked the name to ensure the booking (thats the point I doubt what if I made a mistake to go to a wrong hotel?). Then we went back at 3pm, another shift staff arrange the rooms, one at 1/F and the other at 3/F. I wondered why they didn't check the booking in the morning so could pre-arrange two rooms on the same floor. Finally they changed one room type to suit two rooms on 3/F. I have reflected my query at the reception counter.

Great location, closed to the unique night market.
This new hotel has great location and the staffs are helpful with cheerful smile. The design of the indoor swimming pool is quite (special) which should be good for kids only. The cleanness of the bed and blanket sheet should be improved.

CP值的酒店！推薦給會來清萊的旅客 :)
從酒店岀發約10分鐘的步行距離可到清萊夜市及bus terminal (此巴士站可乘搭Green bus 往清邁或$20乘坐8號巴士往白廟）酒店附近亦有7-11、各式餐廳及Massage店，十分便利！選擇了含早餐的房型，早餐種類不多，幾天都吃相似的食物，作為每天岀門前的簡餐是可以接受的。另外酒店每日的指定時間提供免費雙條車接送往返Central Plaza，只需當日提前通知櫃檯職員便可。酒店亦有提供1 day tour，每人$1000 可前往清萊的著名景點。職員們服務十分好！可以請他們幫忙叫的士！兩床房房型有足夠空間感亦十分整潔，打開兩個中型行李箱仍有走動空間。唯一的缺點是wifi信號不好，以及游泳池的設計很奇怪，只適合兒童使用而已。總括而言，以性價比來説值9.5/10 :) 會推薦給會來清萊的朋友！

Convenient Practical Hotel
Located about 7 minutes walk from the bus station/night market. Hotel is quite new. Reception can help with travel arrangement. Room is reasonably comfortable. Breakfast is up to standard. There's a free shuttle to and from the Central Plaza Shopping Centre at certain times of the day. The shuttle calls on a host of hotels. Hi Chiang Rai is the first stop from the Centre, so it will take ages to get to the Centre, but only a short ride from the Centre.

bad shower
the hotel location is good, room is clean. but the worst thing is the shower is really bad, the hot water gets cold in a minute, and then get extremely hot in a min again. will not come back again.

網上的相好有誤道成份，非常失望
訂了Deluxe King Bed Pool Side，個pool 係係個入口checkin counter 正正隔離（有圖），個pool 很細，網上的相好有誤道成份，非常失望。 結果我地downgrade 去普通房，變相訂貴了。而普通房整體不錯可以。
