1.Food: Breakfast ingredients are all locally sourced, and the dishes include local specialties. The drinks and bread are delicious!! For dinner, there are two restaurants offering either pasta or Thai cuisine. 2.Room: The room was spacious and comfortable; it would be even better if the jacuzzi had English instructions. 3.Environment: The environment is tranquil, the guest room area is shaded by trees, and the riverside offers night views. 4.Unfortunately, the spa service isn't fully operational yet, but the swimming pool and gym are very comfortable and worth staying in for several days.

My ENTIRE experience at this property was 10 STARS !! I traveled solo for my birthday. I arrived at the property before 11 am. Pippy did not hesitate to allow me to checkin and gain access to my room immediately!! I was also greeted at checkin by Tony (front desk Manager) who presented me with this gorgeous Thai arrangement from which he pulled a bracket, informed me of the Thai tradition and blessing then tied it on my wrist! On my actual birthday, the staff surprised me at my room singing Happy Birthday with cake and candle! I was SPEECHLESS!! I was traveling solo but I definitely did not feel alone! The entire team felt like life-long friends! Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant at every single encounter! I will absolutely return to this property. I encourage anyone to treat yourself to experience this perfect oasis in Chiang Rai. You will not regret it.

El hotel es precioso pero aun tiene instalaciones por inaugurar. Por otro lado el personal es inexperto en muchos aspectos, sobre todo los camareros. Además, está lleno de máquinas de aire acondicionado que hacen un ruido ensordecedor.
