I was able to book a room last minute with convenient parking and easy access to the highway! the rooms were fairly clean and the staffs were very nice as well.

Water was draining very slow in bath tub while shower, collecting dirty water. We were able to hear TV from next door in the morning.

Hotel had a newer side that was more up to date and was in great condition. The older side had AC issues, thin walls, and TV's weren't working. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind however!

I have stayed at this renaissance hotel multiple times. It never disappoints it is clean, quiet and safe. The hotle also provides a shuttle that will drive anywhere in a 5 mile radius which is great and very helpful.

Nice hotel. We stay on average once a month. It's our go to hotel. Hallway carpeting can be updated. It's a great place and staff is always very inviting and pleasant.

The room was really nice and the bed very comfortable, but the noise was unbearable. There was an adjoining room and you could hear the occupants' conversations. The doors slam shut loudly. I could hear people in the hall talking all night, and there was stomping from the room above me. I can't quite blame the hotel for these things, as it was otherwise very nice and clean, but I wish it was better soundproofed. I barely slept all night!

Excellent hotel. This was my second time staying at this hotel location. Very close to the botanic garden. Lots of great food options near by. The hotel is very clean, and quiet. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Will definitely come back.

Our stay at Renaissance was great. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. From the moment we arrived the staff were kind and helpful. Parking was free which is good for Chicago area and there were plenty of spaces. If you're looking for a bite to eat it's connected to the best steak house Ruth Chris.

The accoutrements are rather strange.
Very good location for our visit to Northbrook. Decent price point reflective of the wear on the rooms. The heating unit was extremely loud on the subzero night, but the bed was comfortable. Televisions are large, but the quality of the picture is not great. And the shower in the standard room was built for children and small adults.
This is the good bit.

Everything was great i just wish our room had a microwave. The elevators could use some work though… the wood was chipped and didn’t feel very smooth ascending up and down. Staff was very helpful and nice. The home alone house was a nice and unique attraction nearby. Grocery store and nice food options nearby as well.
