The host was amazing and so caring. We were there for a family funeral and she gave us a beautiful sympathy card and flowers. Everyone had their own room which was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment for large group in Chicago

We stayed here for a weekend Cubs game with 12 members of our family. Our host was amazing and so very responsive! The apartment is beautiful and all the necessities are provided. Very impressed!!! Plus parking which is so nice!

Best Vrbo experience I have ever had.

My friends and I do a trip at least 1-2 times a year, and there are usually 9 of us, and this was by far the best bnb experience and trip we have had. The neighborhood was perfect, very safe, walkable, and the people were extremely friendly. The brown line was about a 15 minute walk which made traveling with our huge group very easy. Really couldn't have asked for a better location away from downtown. Innocencia was really the greatest host we could have asked for as well. She dropped off multiple things during our stay, (candles, laundry baskets, a speaker to play music) and always asked if we needed anything at all, which I have never experienced with any of my stays before. We even had a problem arise in which we needed the lock code changed around 11 pm, and without hesitation she rushed right up and it was taken care of within a matter of minutes! Truly above and beyond hosting. The unit itself is fantastic for large groups, the pictures don't show how actually spacious the living room and bedrooms really are. There were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows for everyone. She supplied all the cleaning and laundry supplies we could ever need. The place really just felt like home. We cannot thank Innocencia enough, we hope to book this place again whenever we return to Chicago!

Definitely book here!

A accommodations! Owner is great and fast on communication. Very beautiful property to stay at. Very safe with a private driveway, security locks and cameras. Accommodations inside are beautiful and they provide many extras you don't normally see. The house was extremely clean and absolutely a place to return too! There is also several things to see and do in walking distance. Enjoy your stay, you wont regret it at all.

Wonderful Stay with a Super Responsive Host

Overall, we had a really great stay! The place was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing time. What stood out the most was how responsive and helpful the host was—any time we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and made sure we were taken care of. It really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We definitely appreciated the attention to detail and the great communication throughout our stay.
