「The front desk attendant was a dream. Very nice and friendly and helpful. The room although didn’t reflect the amazing staff. In fact it was a literal contradiction. Roaches, ants, dirty floor and walls, and then the two standouts. The bathroom, which is my place of meditation and sanctity read like a few chapters from the Bible. Shower flooded due to a drainage backup. The remnants were unbearable to view but i had to clean it up myself. Bugs crawling that i thought was excess water running...

「Airport shuttle is so helpful. They gave me an upgrade when they had no king beds available」

「Excellent stay experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was bright and tidy, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would gladly stay here again in the future. 」
