Great staff, very attentive both at the front desk and in restaurant. The room was great: spacious, clean, excellent view. Only downside was the indoor pool was still under maintenance.

Hilton charged a resort fee at check out that wasn’t disclosed on our original booking. That sees a little unethical.

I reserved two rooms for two nights for a family of four on Expedia. Unfortunately, one room was reserved for one night, the other room for two nights. The front desk better remind of continuing booking one more night on Expedia rather than asking for paying much higher price in front desk.

I reserved two rooms for two nights. However, one room was reserved for one night. The front desk should politely reminds of customer either booking one more night on Expedia or paying in front desk for more higher price. Unfortunately, we were told it is nothing to do with front desk service.

When checking in and out, I felt the staff could have been a little friendlier and more welcoming. When I got to my room, I noticed a condom wrapper in the trash can, which honestly grossed me out and made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. I also noticed a few stains on the sheets. They appeared to have been washed, but the stains were still visible. The next day, I left for a few hours and came back around 2:30 PM, and my room still hadn’t been serviced. I ended up calling to ask for fresh towels. Overall, I wouldn’t say I was completely satisfied with my stay, but it wasn’t terrible either. There’s definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to cleanliness, housekeeping, and making guests feel more welcomed.

Everything went well except we were freezing. It was so cold in our room and we had to request for a blanket. When we asked about heat they said the boilers don’t come on until October and that’s ridiculous, this is a hotel not a house. The outside was warmer than inside I was extremely cold and upset. They definitely need to make some changes regarding this because we should not feel this uncomfortable at a hotel

I appreciated that they messaged ahead and asked about any requests. I was traveling for the death of a family member and needed a quiet room — I've also been traveling frequently and have noticed a lot of youth travel teams staying at hotels lately, often with loud kids in the hallways. Hilton upgraded me to a corner room with a beautiful view of the golf course and the trees of Oak Brook, which made a real difference.

I took a chance on this location even after reading reviews that were not favorable. My stay was ok. The rooms are basic but it was clean. The front desk personnel appeared robotic with their responses and greetings, but fortunately I did finally encounter two friendly staff members but it was as I was leaving. For me personally, I probably will not choose this location again. Honestly, I expected more from the Hilton name.

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. View from the eighth floor was lovely. Indoor and outdoor pool were usually empty, which was nice. Restaurant was basically a lounge and filled with drinking conventioneers – not good for families. 3 dollar water bottles on display in the room – how low-class for an expensive hotel to nickel and dime you for a bottle of water. Luggage carts were unavailable when we moved in. Refrigerator was very small. Check in and check out we're OK – hoping the $75 "extras" fee will drop off as staff promised.

They have no housekeeping services! We stayed Saturday night and left all day Sunday. When we came back our room had not been serviced. No fresh towels or anything! When we checked out Monday we were told that whomever checked us in should have explained this and you only get what you ask for. This was not the case. Our room itself was a corner suite. It was very comfortable and quiet, even though there were two weddings and an awards banquet there that weekend.
