“The village of Uayma is small and friendly with a gorgeous colonial church restored about 15 years ago. This property is directly across from the church with a magnificent view. The photos do not do justice to the detail and care that clearly went into restoring this hotel. The craftsmanship is truly a work of art. We spent Christmas here and felt we were living in a palace.”

“The staff at Hacienda Chichén are simply fantastic. The level of service was outstanding and we feel as though we made new friends. The grounds are impeccable and very quiet and relaxing. The chef prepares wonderful meals that provide many different choices and the food quality is outstanding. I can’t recommend this resort enough and we will look forward to returning to Hacienda Chichén!”

“The hotel is nice, room is comfortable & spacious, food is nice & portion is good for a grown man. But you better check-in before visiting the Mayan ruins, as all the hotels in this zone are 10 minutes walk to second entrance, not main entrance and all the buses are at main entrance too. From main entrance to the hotel, you have to take 80 peso taxi. Moreover, there is no other restaurant around this area, so you must spend 350 peso per head to enjoy the dinner & breakfast.
