「Our family generally enjoyed Marble Bridge Farm especially the pool and hot tub. First impression not great as porch and key pad cobwebby. Other areas outside, like lights, similar. Kitchen well equipped but lacking a large non stick frying pan in good condition. We were surprised that for an up market property there were no table napkins. We couldn’t switch on the large television in the annex. On investigation we found the remote had one battery missing. We never found out how to turn...

「Lovely confortable accommodation, within easy walking distance to the beach and local pub in West Wittering.」

「To improve facilities a freezer would have been useful and a hairdryer. There were only 2 of us, with 6 probably a squeeze.」

「Great location」

「Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too.」

「Beautiful period house, in easy walking distance of town centre 」

「Absolutely beautiful home in an excellent location, plus it’s pet-friendly. The home is on three levels with steep staircases, which were not at all a problem for us, but would not be ideal for everyone. Still, I highly recommend it. Arundel is a charming town. The castle is stunning. The restaurants were steps away and excellent. Wish we’d booked a longer stay!」

「We were excited for our stay as working mums some precious time for R&R was much anticipated. The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). Also the temperature was.not hot.The accommodation wa dirty.. cups that were dirty with lisp it marked, shower not cleaned properly & bin dirty too. Worktops also dirty. The response to get it all...

「Main light did not work, and in the dark, I had to move the bed to access a dangerous wall socket for the bedside light. There was nowhere to put clothes, items or a desk to use and no chair and no space for this anyway. Better if the small double bed was swopped for a single to allow a desk & chair to be put in. The steep and shallow stairs were a safety hazard, so be careful. And the TV didn't allow access to Freeview! There was no crockery or cutlery to use despite advertising a well-equipped...

「Great location and everything you need for a short stay at Portsmouth. Space really is quite small, so was fine for just one, but might be a little tight for two. Oddly, no kettle for tea/coffee and Nespresso machine did not work. Neither did stovetop. Shower, fridge, and everything else was fine.」

「The location was okay. I stayed for 2 nights and had no WiFi for the duration. Communication with the maintenance guy was ok however he asked me to send emails to the ‘office’ about the internet issue but I had no response from the ‘office’. My bedding had spots of blood on it. All in all…it was not a great experience. Maintenance guy was very apologetic.」
