"A charming property, clean and with everything we needed. Julie gave us a warm welcome welcoming and was very helpful, making suggestions and recommendations for our stay. It’s a peaceful location, only a short walk from the canal - perfect for a stroll to Chichester, where the cathedral and gardens are well worth seeing. West Wittering beach is nearby too."

"Lovely Property with comfortable and cutely setup bedrooms, plenty of space for families to spend time together, relax and enjoy, all the bathrooms were nice and clean. Wonderful garden to relax and enjoy the sun in with a large clean swimming pool. The host had provided us with some complementary refreshments, which was generous, host was also in regular contact providing us with information when needed. "Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general.
A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood...

"We used this property for a family get together for a 50th birthday. The place itself was perfect and provided everything we could have needed. The owner Lou was on hand to help if needed.
The rooms were lovely with comfortable beds and plenty of space. The downstairs areas were great with enough space for everyone and really well thought out.
Overall I would definitely recommend this property, everyone had a great time!"
