Weekend celebration

Converted railway carriages for our bedrooms and a comfortable lounge area upstairs with views of the sea made this a fabulous venue to stay with our family to celebrate our Golden Wedding anniversary. Beach and amenities all close and the secluded garden made for a perfect weekend.

Seagulls - perfect seaside escape

Seagulls is a cottage full of charm and character. It’s very comfortable with great facilities and in a great location to explore the coast. The hosts made the booking and arrival very easy with a delicious cake ready to welcome us. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Quirky property with lots of character, very close to the sea. Everything you need, plus the addition of glorious sunshine for the weekend we stayed.

Brilliant for sea swimming, great secure garden for dogs

We had a great week weather wise so were happy to stay local and not travel too far. Very relaxing, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Would be good to have a second shower.

Great communications from the get go, Shaun was quick at communicating and was very accommodating! Great cosy house to enjoy with a group of friends for New Year weekend. So so close to the sea, with a brilliant view from upstairs!

Fabulous accommodation and location

This has to be the best UK holiday accommodation I have stayed in. It is the most beautifully converted railway carriages into a charming and tasteful cottage. So close to the sea all you have to do is walk across the road. Very nice pub within walking distance. The hosts are so easy to deal with and the welcome treat was delicious. Will defo go again!

Wonderful peaceful relaxing place

I haven’t felt so relaxed in a very long time. The Seagulls is quirky but fabulous. If you want to get away from everything, for some peace and quiet, this is the place to go, we all had a wonderful time. Thank you both

Something different...

Seagulls is a spacious and welcoming property with a great location and full of old character charm. It also has a well kept garden and is very well equipped. We loved waking up in the converted railway carriages.

Fantastic location next to the beach !

Took our dog Teddy with us , swam in the sea every day enjoyed Fish and chips Lots of seafood for sale on the beach!!! What’s not to like ? We loved the Seagull

The Perfect Getaway

Excellent property with sunny garden and plenty of living space. Perfectly positioned across the road from the beach and a dog walking green and just 10 minutes walk, passed a pond full of wildlife, you’ll find a great bakery, butchers and grocers. Pubs and High Street just 20 minutes walk. To top it all there was THE most amazing jam sponge cake waiting for us on arrival! Definitely worth a visit!

Sunny Seagulls

We had an amazing time at seagulls and in Selsey. The pad was perfect for our stay, quirky yet spacious with good access to local amenities and superbly placed for access to the local beach. It was genuinely magical to be able to cook dinner or lunch in the fully kitted out kitchen, then eat on the beach with the family enjoying the beautifully maintained east beach shingle beachside and the Crystal clear Selsey waters. Would absolutely come again

Lovely stay

We had a lovely two night stay in characterful Seagulls. We were very comfortable, the accommodation was beautifully clean and very well equipped. Very spacious for 6 of us staying there. The beds were clean and comfy and the bedrooms warm and cosy. In fact on our first night there was apparently a huge storm! But I knew nothing about it, the beds and room at Seagulls were so comfy I slept through it! We found plenty to do locally despite the weather and enjoyed coming back to seagulls to relax each evening. I have already recommended seagulls to my sister and hope to return again ourselves sometime.

The whole family really enjoyed staying at Seagulls. Although it was quirky it was still well appointed and cosy. The grandchildren enjoyed the garden and going to the park to play.

Girls weekend away

We had a wonderful stay at Seagulls. Very spacious clean property with a lovely secure wraparound garden which was perfect for our dogs! Location near the beach was great. Pubs within walking distance was a bonus. Great host who responded very quickly to any queries.

Excellent stay!

Seagulls was wonderfully clean, well equipped and quirky! It was perfect for our family with young children - they particularly enjoyed the garden space. A lovely big cake was waiting for us and great communication with the hosts. Thank you for a great holiday!

Wonderful Festive Getaway

The house is well equipped and conveniently located for plenty of seaside dog walks. Huge driveway for at least 3 cars. Spacious rooms with so much attention to detail. The hosts kindly decorated for Christmas and left a kind welcoming gift for us. Everything you can think of for the perfect home from home stay has been well thought out! We appreciated the cosy extra blankets, luxury bedding, big bath, herbs & spices and games. It really is a brilliant place to stay.
