「Eveyone at the hotel was super nice and friendly. That being said Expedia has the wrong info on their site. There is no breakfast included. 」

「The staff was super friendly, specially the guards at night and the staff at breafast. The only slight issue is that guest arent allowed in your room to visit after certain hours. 」

「It's a comfortable hotel. Service is nice and friendly. Room is clean. Bed is good to sleep. The Desk is made by wood and leather, could use notebook for a long time and won't feel uncomfortable. Great hotel. Next trip I'll stay here again.」

「Overall a great stay; clean interior; historic facilities were balanced with up-to-date with maintenance; staff accommodated a later room check-out with time to shower after volcano boarding; parking had to be valet in attached area though very secure, premises were well-lit; air of tranquility in courtyard; location in city center was very good (only a few blocks from the main church); fast check-in/check-out; wish they had more fluent English speaking staff. 」
