The staff was very helpful especially David. I was struggling getting our luggage from the bus station was ND he proactivly cam to help me. The elevator was down for maintenance and he ended up carrying our luggage up four flights of stairs to our room.

Kathy was a gracious host and a huge help all around, from guiding us in, to helping us find restarants and outings. The property was beautiful, spacious and relaxing. We had an amazing stay! The suite was 5 stars and the grounds were stunning. Our hosts's were lovely and very helpful. We recommend Baalamkaab Flamenco Studio to anyone who is looking for an amazing experience thats close to Valladolid, and Chichen itza.
