Villa in Chiclana, Cádiz Spain. !Great for family holidays!

Located in a very quiet area, surrounded by trees, the villa is recently refurbished. It has a large plot of 600 m2 where you can enjoy a large swimming pool with stairs, which you will find well kept and will be cleaned during your stay. Outside there are fruit trees and a barbecue area that will make your stay unforgettable. Area to park your car both inside and outside the villa. Front porch with awning and outdoor furniture. You will be able to eat outside and inside the house. Full bathroom with very easy use for people with reduced mobility. Easy access from the main access roads to the rural housing area and very easy access to the beach area, which is only 6 km away. In the area you can practice golf, horse riding, tennis, visit charming villages, and the city of Cadiz which has 3000 years of history.
In the beach area there are many trendy restaurants, nightlife areas and some of the best beaches you can imagine. Visits to the castle of Sancti Petri to which you have to go by boat and a very familiar atmosphere without problems of agglomerations or gangs of young people.
