The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also comfortable. We were able to make a meal in the nice kitchen which had all the plates, utensils and pans needed. It DID NOT smell like cigarettes smoke or mildew like some hotel or other places do. I would stay here again if we come to Chico.

This place was just like the pictures. Really cute, clean, and great location. Two nearly identical primary bedrooms upstairs. Such a comfortable place to stay and convenient location, short drive to downtown. Adam was a great host.

This was ideal for two senior women. Two upstair bedrooms with large and comfortable beds, and each had its own closet and bathroom. Full size kitchen was well appointed, with a small but adequate dining area. Heating system worked well. The apartment is well lit from windows during the day and good lighting at night. Easy to park in front of and get into.

This modest townhouse with a shared wall is perfectly located between Sierra Nevada Taproom and Shubert's Ice Cream. Nice that there was coffee in the kitchen. Really nice to have ceiling fans in both bedrooms. We enjoyed the small but private outdoor seating area.

We were in town to help our college student move in to his new place and were very pleased with this property. I give it an A all the way around. I’ll gladly stay here again. It’s high quality through-and-through and the owner is very helpful and responsive. We are very pleased with the whole experience!

This condo was in fantastic shape. The location was perfect for our stay in Chico for a family birthday/reunion. The owners were very responsive to our questions/requests and helped us even late at night. Would definitely stay again.
