「I stay at this location often as a travel nurse. I have recently tried another hotel in Reading and learned that I prefer the Hampton Inn and suites. I would like to be emailed information on how to earn points for frequent stays.」

「The hotel is great!! When I checked in would have been nice of the front desk would have given me more information basically gave me my key and asked for the form of payment. Didn’t tell me what floor I was on, no info on WIFI or if it was even offered there. No Hrs. on breakfast. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hotels and they all tell you what the hotel offers. They didn’t even ask for vehicle information which is another thing all hotels ask. It’s a little sketchy because of all the homeless...

「The lady at the front counter was super friendly, called me to see if I was still going to stay there. When I arrived, i was checked in promptly. I would stay there again, everything was close Shopping, food, and gas. 」

「Great, however please get icemakers working on all levels. Not fun to travel down a level to get ice. I have been there every 6 weeks and 1 ice maker still wasn't fixed. 2 months out already....Otherwise, stay, breakfast, cookies for snack time in evening are 5 stars!」
