“Always wanted to stay at these homes I affectionately call the “Crayola Houses” because of their bright, cheerful colors—and they did not disappoint! The location was perfect and close to everything. Check-in was a breeze, and our host was wonderfully accommodating. The bottle of champagne for our anniversary was such a thoughtful touch. “The property manager had great communication, responded to any questions very quickly. This location was perfect for our family while in Gainesville to visit Shands. It was only a couple of blocks away from the hospital and a variety of eating establishments. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and the public swimming pool was right across from the property so for us it was the perfect location.The only issue we had was Google Maps, (GPS) showing the property incorrectly as "Bldg. “This was my second time staying at depot village and it was wonderful! The owners are kind, conscientious, and were quick to respond to any concerns we had. Our unit was clean, comfortable, and the shower was amazing! The only downside was that the internet was a little slow, so we weren't able to use the bluetooth speaker in the bathroom very much. Overall a great stay though. We can't wait to come back! ”
