“Unclean room, friendly staff, rooms are extremely small, dirty sheets, lights wouldn’t shut in the night, couldn’t lock the doors as the doors were broken…very expensive charges for the room. Avoid..”

“Room was ok. We booked two family rooms but got 1 family room and 1 standard room. The room did not had basic items like towel, soaps, water, etc.”

“Restaurant service was worst, we had to walk out from the restaurant as there were unable to serve our order even after 90 minutes. There was a mess all around , no coordination among the staff. Check out process was worst as We had to wait more than a hour to get our room door opened. The emergency key was not available and only when some guy from remote helped them to correct the app, they could reprogram the key and opened it. One of the worst stay I ever had in my lifetime. Would strongly……
