I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. During my stay at this hotel, I encountered one of the rudest customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk woman I dealt with was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero interest in addressing any of the concerns I brought forward.
Rather than listening or attempting to resolve the issue, the front desk agent acted as though I was inconveniencing her by simply speaking up. Her attitude was cold and unwelcoming, and it left a terrible impression. If someone cannot even acknowledge a guest’s concerns, they should not be in a customer-facing role. This interaction alone was enough to make me not want to return.
I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. A hotel is more than a building — it’s the people who run it, and based on my experience, this staff member did the hotel no favours.
