「Very nice place. Great location. Lots of coffeeshops and restaurants, and shops in the area. Be aware that it is difficult to open the front door. There should be a non-slip mat in the bathtub since that is where the shower is. You could hear the neighbours pretty good and the water heater but with earplugs all good!!」

「A lovely flat in a perfect location! Easily walkable to Big Ben and the London Eye; the tube (St James Park) is about 3 blocks away. Plenty of food options plus grocery and a convenience store that’s open late (sadly perfect when you need cold medicine and cough drops). Host and supporting personnel are very responsive and provide clear information. The information book inside the flat was perfect!Flat was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. 「Great location. So many food options all around. Very close to the tube station. Very clean. Comfortable beds in all the bedrooms. I would only hesitate to recommend with anyone with mobility issues as the kitchen and living room are located on the lower floor. Noise levels on the Saturday night were elevated but that is to be expected when you are in the heart of the city. All in all a very enjoyable stay. 」

「Very spacious and clean! Location was within walking distance to a number of shops and restaurants, but the neighborhood itself was very quiet. Host was super responsive to any questions we had. Had an issue with the dryer and they were happy to send someone to repair on a Saturday night. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! 」

「This was perfect for us and kids ages 14 and 10 as opposed to a single hotel room. Spacious for us to move around and rest in between outings in London.Some great restaurants and bakeries within 5-10 min walks, and a convenience store with wine, beer etc just up the road.And Marble Arch station a mere 2 min walk. 」
