"We were at the cottage for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Our party consisted of two elderly parents, one of them disabled, two adults, one 2.5 year old and two large dogs. Interior is completely flat which helped us. Two showers were great too. Kitchen was well equipped with a utility room which was great for the dogs. Wrap around garden was lovely!! Parking for two cars. Location was brilliant, nice walks close by for dogs and we visited National Trust properties, Whipsnade Zoo, Odds Farm...

"Stayed with our family and greatly enjoyed the property which is clean, bright and spacious with all necessary amenities. Excellent west London location, being only a two minute walk from the tube, making a great launching point for exploring the London sights and attractions. Plenty of street parking but relatively pricey - recommend that you arrange a visitor permit with the host if staying for more than a few days. "Property is a true diamond in the rough. Excellent location. Once you learn the bus / underground and train system, all 3 are close by.It is a true artist studio, bare minimum. The host was more than accommodating once issues were raised.We wish them the very best."

"Hamish and Susie were great hosts. Hamish met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the house. We enjoyed the goodies in the welcome basket. The shortbread’s were delicious ( I believe they were homemade). We enjoyed our 3 night stay, the cottage was what we had hoped it would be. The gardens and grounds were so lovely and peaceful. Hamish gave us excellent advice getting to London by train. Our son and grandson enjoyed exploring Windsor Great Park, they saw a lot of wildlife. An awesome...

"No Parking close by to drop off luggage. Treacherous, steep downhill path through a park to take several heavy suitcases. Incredibly poor communication from the property, who in the first instance did not respond for over a week to our request for an early check in. e repeatedly asked host for check in details,and we eventually got them on the day of check in only 15 minutes before scheduled (normal) check in time, at which time we were already at the weddding of my daughter, having travelled...

"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "
