"Fantastic place great location easy parking. Well, kept facilities. Very clean very safe and staff was very nice. It’s right in front of the lake so the views are fantastic. We got a lake view in the high floor. The staff was really nice. Very courteous. I definitely highly recommended. The restaurant is fantastic. They have an incredible dishes, especially the lomito . The staff was notifying me way ahead when I was going to get there and they were really accommodating to our needs. The suite was absolutely fabulous. I definitely. highly recommend this place. There’s so much to see and to walk all around the city the location as I mentioned before is incredible."

"Friendly, professional, helpful, bi-lingual staff. Hotel is in a great, safe location, with much to do and see along the avenues. Close to airport and Casa Veranda offers shuttle service at a very reasonable price. Room was comfortable and clean, absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend a stay here."

"The 9th floor business center was wonderful, all the staff was wonderful. Love this hotel, wish they had more bathtubs or a private jacuzzi for upper floors but i love everything else. Best spa and great energy. My only complaint is the tea and coffee machine was removed from business center"
