「Maria was a great help from the moment my family and I decided to secure the house. Always provided information that we requested and the arrival was without any problem. Great host. The house was great, clean, and with a great view to the volcano. 」

「The owner should have warned about 24/7 ear-splitting noise which began on Wednesday and continued through Sunday morning, when we left 3 days early. No hot tub. The dingy, old and broken furniture and fixtures did NOT match the photos. We spoke to the owner about the lack of a hot tub upon arrival. He blamed VRBO. The house had clearly not been cleaned prior to our stay: we dusted, shoved filthy rugs under furniture, cleared cobwebs from inside the dishes cabinet, noted dead flowers in a...

「Amazing property in Lake Atitlan, we enjoyed our stay and spending time on the very beautiful patio. Minke was an excellent manager and was always available to support us during our stay. Highly recommend this property. 」

「We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa at Lake Atitlán. The house was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly situated near the lake with amazing views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and made our stay very special. Claudia was especially helpful with organizing and coordinating everything we needed, including massages, a cook, boats, and other activities. She made everything easy and stress-free for us. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting...

「We stayed here as a family of five for three nights, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The villa is extremely comfortable and thoughtfully designed — spacious, well maintained, and easy to settle into right away. The private dock was a major highlight. We swam, jumped off the dock, and used it frequently for transport via private lancha, which made getting around Lake Atitlán both easy and enjoyable. Having direct dock access removes a lot of friction from moving between...

「The property is removed from the main street. Very secure as you have to pass through a gate manned by a guard 24/7. The pool is small, but perfect for relaxation. The pool is shared among 3 other casitas that share a common courtyard. We were always able to enjoy the pool hottub whenever we wanted. Highly recommend Maida's breakfast services-- delicious, prompt, and very typical Guatemalan recipes and fresh fruits. Fast, reliable WiFi with excellent reception throughout the house and in...

「The villa was beautiful, with a private hot tub and dock access which was a huge bonus. Claudia was very responsive and the on site staff was very helpful」

「Great place, very comfortable and safe. Definitely will come again! Thank you Ben!」
