"Loved our nightly visits to the pool and spa and appreciated the free laundry and the free hire of e-bikes to ride around Stanley Park. Great location that was walking distance to many places and was very close to many major bus routes to big attractions as well as the aqua bus and false creek ferry."

"The property had clean rooms, laundry, easy access to public transportation and was within reasonable walking distance to local shops and restaurants, however the area was not ideal due to high volume of drug users. The hotel did have a night security guard that stood outside."

"Hotel was in a good location in city. Different type of elevators, press a pad for floor and the pad tells you which elevator will go to your floor. No buttons inside. Room service food was great from main restaurant attached to hotel. Complimentary coffee in am only, otherwise water available in lobby on 2nd floor. Room was nice, ours didn't have a view, but it wasn't important for us. Faced a wall. Shower was great. No irons in room, but call for one and they bring to your room. TV was not really good, too many channels blackout. At least we could get news. Provided a safe it was in the drawer below the open closet. We were there for only 2 days, if longer, probably would have looked for a larger room with actual closet and more drawers."
