This motel is EPIC! Fantastic service, like I've never seen at a motel before! The owner of the Acacia Motel in Chinchilla does not take his guests for granted. Justin made us very welcome and took the time to explain the various themed rooms and facilities. Our room was Isabella’s Library which was perfect for us as my husband and I are avid readers. The decor of the room showed off the theme perfectly. We will definitely stay there again. Justin advised we could ask for the same room so we could finish any books we were reading.

Justin has certainly set the bar high in ensuring customer satisfaction. His Acacia Motel in Chinchilla was a wonderful tonic after a long day behind the wheel. The brightly coloured and individually themed rooms are mood enhancing, the service and attention to detail (eg fresh water from a cooler) was exceptional and the super comfortable Koala mattress allowed me to have an incredibly relaxing sleep. I’ve already sent videos to family and friends.

The room was really clean and mattrass super comfy and owner friendly. But the best part of the motel is originality of the rooms. I have stay in Back to 80' room and it was amazing. Also the community space with 80' games are nice touch. Definitely will stay there again.

Great place to stay

Quirky rooms tastefully done. Owners very helpful & have put in a lot of effort during restoration. Excellent pricing and had the best sleep in the comfortable bed. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend to others.
