Great family spot

A nice house with a great location, easy to get to everything on the island. Having a playground across the street was extremely helpful with two small kids. Only critique was that the twin mattress were slippery enough that my kids fell out of bed. They are both on twin beds at home and we were suprised that was an issue. Other than that great!

Lovely

The home was clean and pet friendly which is very important to us! It is located across from the park and I enjoyed walking around it. We own a home on Chincoteague that won't be open until the end of March and wanted to come check out our property but of course couldn't stay there without water. This home suited our needs perfectly. The only issue we had was using the tv's. We are not tech savvy and had to have the realtor send someone to show us. User error! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Overall, an okay stay. Originally, found the matching house beside it on another site. Was searching for the best price then found this listing and booked it. Only when we went to check in did I realize the listing was for the house where the red arrow was pointing, not the matching house beside it that I saw on the other sites. The homes are identical in structure from the outside and based on signage managed by the same group. But the other house has newer paint, a picnic table, 4 lounge chairs outside. The listing and the place we stayed at is the house with the yellow paint and pink door with two outdoor chairs. I attached pics to see. Next time, I would probably pay a bit more to stay at the one that had more amenities and looked more recently updated. I will note that as someone with some mobility issues, the stairs are a bit steep and the only bath/shower is upstairs. But the location across the street from the playground was really nice and we did enjoy the area.

Peaceful Trip

We had a great stay. The island is one of the safest feeling places I've ever been. House was immaculately clean upon arrival. Management company was highly responsive and very friendly. Very efficient and low stress process; great start to a low stresss trip.
