Comfortable and updated property close to Main Street, Maddox, Memorial Park and the beach. Beautiful view of the lighthouse from spacious screened front porch. Lovely!

Great beach getaway

We loved the interior of the house and the location. There was plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was convenient having a washer/dryer as well as 2 bathrooms. The view from the front porch was perfect - we spent every morning and evening there. The beach was beautiful with just a short, easy drive to get there. We had some issues with the cleaning company as well as the outdoor shower not being usable. The realty company responded immediately and was willing to come out to take care of everything. We plan to visit Chincoteague again and will likely plan to stay at this same house.

Excellent stay - beautiful view from front porch, house is very, very clean, everything you might need is provided, great air conditioning, lots of hot water, quiet neighborhood - all in all a great place to stay in Chincoteague.

Great location.. sofa and love seat were horrible. The main bedroom mattress was way to soft for our likes.. kitchen was great and well stocked. Wish there had been a Keurig coffee maker..,A/C worked well.. plenty of hot water.. Front porch made the stay relaxing for us
