「Our stay at Mövenpick Bintan was an absolute delight, striking the ideal balance between pure relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for kids.」

「The staff is outstanding, especially Rafique. Lots of mosquitoes, room mosquito replicant available. There are no Vegetarian food options.」

「Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window.」

「Awesome!」

「A wonderful hotel with beautiful location, amazing facilities, and friendly service. I hope I can go back soon.」

「Très agréable」

「附近的餐廳價錢不算貴，分量足，環境好，酒店沙灘和泳池水質好好，唯一問題是住的地方有很多小昆蟲，早上走廊外會有昆蟲屍體。」

「Mutiara is not a typical beach resort—it’s a true eco-resort designed with tradition and sustainability in mind. It’s also actively run by the long-time owner—no corporate chains here. 「Staffs are all friendly and helpful. The room is super clean. The environment is very nice and relaxing, I am sure that I will visit again.」

「Romantic & spacious enough for a couple stay」

「Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area.」

「As much as it is on the other side of Bintan, the serene and beautiful scenery truly makes up for it. Everything was very convenient, and staff were very attentive.」

「飯店員工都非常友善、和藹可親，房間內的乾淨度也不錯，但對於員工有些美中不足，有些員工不了解自己飯店設施的營業時間，這需要再加強，其他都不錯！」

「I had a very uncomfortable and unsafe experience at Hotel Laut Jaya. The room was dirty, old, and badly maintained. The toilet condition was also poor, and the overall room condition felt terrible. More importantly, I did not feel safe in the room. It used a physical key, the doorknob felt unstable, and the window could not be locked at all. As a solo traveller staying on the 2nd level, this made me feel very uneasy. I eventually decided to leave and book another hotel instead. I understand...
