We were lucky to have been upgraded to a 2 bedroom apt, which I would book first time if we came again as see that the one bed would be small for 4. 「Massive thank you to Gilles and his wife for an amazing stay at this property. The photos, whilst accurate, do not do the house justice. It is truly amazing (and huge). We stayed for 2 weeks. 「Habitué des lieux, il y a juste un petit relachement niveau ménage (lave vaisselle pas vidé entièrement, vaisselle rangée douteuse, nid de poussière sur armoire dessus de lit). 」

「Absolutely spectacular. We really enjoyed our time at Chateau de Candes. Bertrand and Sam went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Running this place is not easy but the family are doing their absolute best as custodians. They are fully dedicated and committed to making Chateau de Candes a success. Merci Bertrand et Sam. 「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille . Nous avons bien profité du jardin, de la piscine, de la maison . Merci à nos hôtes qui sont adorables, très à l'écoute . Bien que leur maison soit mitoyenne ils sont très discrets, ce qui est assez rare.Un très joli séjour ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!」

「Séjour entre amis dans le gîte Pic Epeiche. Le top du top pour nous tant au niveau de l'accueil et de la disponibilité d'Isabelle et de son mari que par la conception même du gîte et de la proximité avec les activités au pays de Rabelais.」

「What a stunningly beautiful setting. It’s like being *in* a painting by John Constable. The river and surroundings are just exquisite. The house is beautifully furnished too.
