“The property was lovely with nice kitchen and 2 en-suites , however some improvements could make a massive difference, there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for 4 people, the sofa was lovely but too much of a squeeze for 4, the lounge needs another comfy armchair not the desk chair that was there, the outside space was well over grown and not kept tidy, the bushes are well overgrown making the outside space tiny, there is also a well overgrown bush overhanging the front door , the location of……

Great communication from owner who lived next door, good information sheet for us on arrival & a lovely welcome pack of drinks in the fridge which was much appreciated. “Lovely, cosy cottage on a development of similar terraced properties. Quite near a main road, but traffic noise was minimal. Immaculate property - and I'm hard to please. Absolutely everything was provided for our 3 night stay as a family of four with 2 children ( 13 & 11). TVs in every room. DVD player. Games. Books. Wifi. Plenty of towels .
