“We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing.
This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working……

“Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
The hotel is cozy and conveniently located on the road leading to many tourist attractions. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows.
The hotel offers easy access to the parking area, pool, and restaurant. Service was friendly and professional throughout our stay.
Breakfast was good, although not……

“This hotel is amazing! We wanted to extend our stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were excellent, nice pool and spa! Rooms were clean and super nice and updated Garden was nice to relax in. Excellent breakfast included. Close to the train station and bus station and to the town of Chiusa which has great restaurants. We took the bus to the Dolomites from the main station. Super great stay. Hopefully will come back some day! 10/10!”
