“Nice way to spend some quality time with family. The snow played spoilsport, but the cabin was well stocked with firewood and the fireplace was the perfect place for family to sit around and enjoy. Kudos to the owner for having thought of every small details in and around the cabin.”

“We had a wonderful stay, house is nicer than pictures online, was warm and cozy. Host was easy to communicate with. Would have liked an instruction binder accessible rather than pulling up online how to care for the residence and a list of local food delivery/restaurants would have been nice. Otherwise, no issues!”

“We enjoyed this cottage for a fall vacation weekend. It’s a nice two bedroom that easily fit my family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked and we took full advantage of the warm weather for some grilling. There is a pretty view of the lake from the house and a small marsh. It was a short walk down a wooded path to the private waterfront area with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and a large dock. We sat out on the dock and enjoyed the fall colors around the lake. “My husband and I really enjoyed this lovely log cabin in Jackson, NH. We were impressed with how solid and well-built the cabin is. The decor is simple and unique. As others mentioned, the 2 downstairs beds have very firm mattresses. An extra blanket on each for warmth as the nights get colder would be nice. The location is convenient, yet private and quiet. The owners have made it easy to know what to expect and their " house rules " are reasonable. We would stay there again.”

“The unit was spotless and check-in couldn't have been easier. More than enough room for 4 adults and two kids. Basement area was perfect space for keeping kids entertained. The property manager was responsive and helpful throughout. Would absolutely stay again.”

“Our host Marianne made our stay very relaxing. She is very accommodating and very responsive. We like to hike with our dog. The property is located near several hiking trails with varying degrees of difficulty. Our pup loved it. The cabin was also comfortable enough for us to leave him behind for a short time while we went out for some shopping. We would recommend this property to anyone with a pup who enjoys the outdoors but also likes quiet at night. ”

“We had a wonderful time, and the house is great. It was spotless and great layout. The game room was so much added fun. Owner shared great information on the surrounding area. The deck was perfect for lazy afternoons and evenings. Only complaint, two upstairs single beds only had boxsprings on them. That left two of the guests sleeping on the couch and futon...not what we planned on but made the best of it. The benefits of the house far outweigh this one glitch.”

“From the minute we booked, George was incredibly friendly and helpful, sending us directions, restaurant reccomendations, and helpful videos to help ensure our stay is as good as possible! He called me as soon as we arrived to welcome us and give us an opportunity in case we had any questions. This cabin was wonderfully secluded and I don't think I've EVER seen so many stars at night. The cabin was also so welcoming, and decorated like an outdoorsmens dream! I will say, as the description……

“This cabin is in a peaceful forested location especially for fall colors. It was very quiet and we enjoyed evenings on the deck. The cabin is comfortable, beautiful and clean. There were a few things that were not working well - the stove and water dispenser. However, Stephen was very available to speak with us and responds quickly. He reimbursed us $200 due to the problem with the stove. Overall a wonderful stay.”

“Very cozy, clean and stylish home for our 3-day ski trip. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and had a great big table. Perfectly roomy for 2 families and we loved we could bring our pups. It’s a short walk to the Bear Back trail on Bear Peak and you’re right at the lift.”

“Booked a one-bedroom for a place to stay before a road race. Perfect! Big enough space to share with friends. Full kitchen was great. There was a coffee pot with coffee setups. We brought our own creamer, so the fridge came in handy. Great location.”
