「Communication before was great. Check in was easy and available several hours early. House was the perfect size for myself, my husband, my parents, and 3 teens. Location was nice, quiet, and close to all the things we wanted to do. Kids enjoyed having the basement space to themselves, especially the TV, and their own bathroom.
