The worst travel experience I have ever had.
Check-in takes forever. Sheets on the pool-side beds are terribly dirty. Room is small and badly designed. Curtain can't be fully closed, always leaks light from the sides. The bed is terribly uncomfortable. If one person slightly moves, the whole bed goes into a freaking earthquake. Room doors doesn't stop noise from outside. Dog barking, stupid motorcycle noises all night. Stinking smell from the sewer beside toilet. USB charger from the phone doesn't work. Pool from the room doesn't connect to the main pool and is super small. Very stupid design. Small space within the hotel. Not much to do and frankly no where to go nearby. Breakfast has very limited choice. Even the coffee tastes bad. Overall just terrible. Worst experience I ever had. Definitely do NOT recommended.

A pleasant stay
The overall experience was good. The staff were helpful and responsive. There was a problem with the air conditioner in our room and the on-site engineer fixed the problem for us immediately.

舒服悠閒
沙灘很美。地方寜靜舒服。員工很有禮貌充滿笑容。天台個游泳池好正，從高處向下望，境色優美。不過酒店沒有太多餐廳選擇所以要外出市區食飯。早餐選擇還可的。多樹木，不過蚊子較多。

太唔方便及房間毛巾和床單不清潔！
我從未試過床單和毛巾有血漬，太不衛生了！大家用之前都要檢查清楚呀！每日出芭東亦要40分鐘真的太不方便，露台泳池也太細了！

酒店舒適寧靜
天台泳池套房超正，露台同房間超大，執房員工好細心，為我們加舖毛巾地墊出入露台泳池，房間整潔及床舖舒適。唯要煮食的話，需要通知酒店準備食具。酒店附近10分鐘有地道餐廳，價錢合理又好味。

CP值高的酒店，前題是自駕遊
是次住宿3房泳池VILLA，清潔新淨，每天會有職員更換毛巾及收拾，美中不足除了主人房的水壓充足外，其餘兩房的花灑出水較慢及水壓較低。

環境清靜，但交通不方便
距離市區偏遠，附近没有便利店，坐車到市區要點約40分鐘車程，但環境很舒服，單渡假無問題，但逛街就有點不方便。

環境舒適, 服務非常友善
酒店地點好寧靜，環境非常舒適，sky pool suite房間好大好乾淨，夜晚都好靜..床舒適非常好瞓。早餐選擇唔算好多，但味道亦不錯。職員工作好有熱誠，親切友善好笑容。自駕車輛..每次出入酒店都由職員代客泊車/取車，房間設施完善，插頭是用最新的電制頭，不用轉..可直接用香港三腳插頭。非常方便。浴室水力非常夠力夠熱..超舒服。露台好大又高層..觀景一流。

偏遠,職員服務態度差
CHECK IN時完全沒有告知我訂的房間沒有,帶我進去房間我才發現跟我訂的不同,我質問後才知道他們原來真的更換了房間給我,還說upgrade了我,但我訂的是4人行政房,現在只是普通6人家庭房, 一開始職員是說FULLY BOOK,但我一早於網上訂了房,再追問manager又說房間有問題不能入住,安排第2日下午2時才能CHECK IN入住,明顯真的FULLY BOOK 一早出門,所以拜託酒店將行李搬運去新的房間,但晚上回去後發現窗門沒有關好,幸好沒有不見東西,但很多昆蟲進入了房間,我花了2小時才能清理好!!!對這間酒店太失望!不會再入住!

Very nice hotel, friendly stuff, beautiful beach
Dream hotel really make your dream come true, I am spending my anniversary holiday at dream hotel at a pool suite room, the room are beautiful with a private pool, and I request for a honeymoon set up and a rose bouquet before I arrived, me and my wife arrive at the hotel at 4 in the morning supposed are really tired but as soon as we walk into the room we suddenly feel so excited and happy. The Dream beach are so beautiful too, nice food, friendly stuff. Everything is just like a Dream, me and my wife really like it will come back and stay at dream again! ! If there's more shuttle bus going to patong Beach than its perfect. Cause from hotel to patong need to pay 900 B taxi fee so come and return will be 1800 B that's around 400 HKD, is a bit expensive. Anyway we really have a unforgettable anniversary staying at DREAM PHUKET HOTEL AND SPA

This hotel is so beautiful and confortable. The swimming pool and the rooftop infinity pool are so awesome. The staffs are really nice. But the location of the hotel is not so convenient as we didn't drive and only called taxi to go around. Overall this hotel is very nice.

如果不喜歡芭東太過吵雜環境的旅客這裡會是很好的選擇,服務人員友善而且禮貌,我們這次是選擇兩室一廳附帶泳池的大套房,非常安靜與舒適雖然房間內廚房的設備,大部份短住房客不會使用,例如電熱爐除非你出門旅遊自帶把平底鍋湯鍋 這裡距離普吉島機場約20分鐘車程,出入都必需有車接送,雖然酒店也有車往來於沙灘,或是普吉舊鎮芭東購物中心,但都有時間的限制而且需要預約 早餐尚可,當然比不上曼谷市區的五星酒店水準,但吃飽是沒問題的,但不要對他們自助早餐期望太高,畢竟這裡是普吉島,交通不是這麼方便,鑒於早餐的水準,我們這次並未在飯店內享用午餐或晚餐,尤其看到菜單上的價格後我們認為以相同的費用即使加上車資,我們可以在普吉島享受到更豐盛的晚餐 適逢周六我們選擇搭飯店15:30出發前往芭東的免費接駁車,雖然周六飯店海灘有Party(一人收費2000泰幣起跳)但我們選擇從未拜訪的芭東區瞧瞧,非常幸運的是當天的接駁車只有我和內人,司機很好心的告知我們可以選擇任何時間搭車回飯店,他的車就停在購物中心旁等我們,基本上這次等於是免費的專車服務,順到一提的是芭東區晚上非常熱鬧,想要好好逛街的旅客至少得花兩晚在此住宿 由於這段時間住宿客人不多,你可以獨自享受中庭的超大泳池,而7樓頂上的泳池才是我的最愛,夠長夠深可以游個痛快,如果有小朋友隨行的旅客也要注意,兩個公用泳池水深都有1.5米要注意小朋友安全

We enjoyed our stay at The Dream . the only down side is that you are very isolated here . Yes there is a bus to the beach , which is great , but other than that if you walk out of the hotel you may struggle to find anything . This is the perfect place to land at the airport , stay 2 or 3 nights and move on ,

Tranquil oasis with staff that works to please. Beautiful pool area both on the 2nd and 7th floors with a delicious restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Last minute overnighter
Last minute overnight stay. 2 adults and teenager. Room/ hotel was petfect for our needs - great beds, showers, breakfast and all the staff were super helpful.

We went in November and and throughly enjoyed staying at the Dream Phuket Hotel & Spa. The staff were very friendly, the food was exceptional. Really enjoyed the breach club and the shuttle bus ran regularly.
