双棕榈苏林海滩普吉
8/10 好
"The hotel is good but not excellent The hotel is good and well appointed, as are the rooms but it’s lacking a little finesse. Some of the team were lovely while others were merely ok in that they didn’t go the extra mile, anticipating what guests require. It felt like some were just going through the motions. The maintenance of the hotel was good but clearly had some snagging issues such as broken tiles, woodwork peeling on sun loungers and decking, etc. Would I return? No, for the price I paid, there are better similar priced establishments."

"Amazing stay. The staff is so welcoming and so helpful. The Spa is definitely a hidden gem! What a great service. Quiet place, right in front of the beach. "
