“Only pro is clean and spacious. Cons include lack of communication, never reply on messages, emails and SMS. Broken main door lock, cannot lock villa. House keeping never provide hand wash, and even no clean towels for every bathroom for a 4 bedroom villa on the last night.”

“The villa is really nice and perfect for a family. Location was a bit tricky as many grab drivers couldn’t find it so that made it difficult to get to. Business map pin needs to be updated. Other than that, the villa is in a quiet spot but close to a convenience store and walking distance to a lot of restaurants (if you don’t mind walking in the heat). The villa is very well kept and maintained.”

“Four nights, family of seven, and I would not send anyone here. We arrived near midnight to a villa with every air conditioner switched off and the whole house hot and humid. Over an hour sitting with five children waiting for it to cool down. We never used the pool once. On 6 August I asked the manager directly if it was clean. He said yes. It was filthy, and it stayed filthy until the 8th, when I paid 1,200 baht out of my own pocket to have it cleaned. That is what "pool villa" meant……

“Beautiful villa! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Villa looks exactly like the photos. Our group of 7 had an amazing stay. The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). I would rate your villa 9/10 (I would give it 10/10 if you can readily accept credit card). We will definitely return!”

“house keeper very good service”
