「Nice and friendly staff who provide excellent customer services. The room is tidy and net. Big bathroom with full set of personal items. The surrounding area is convenient. 」

「The hotel is right next to the train station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, which is suitable for travelers who stay for a short time.」

「The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet. You’re close to lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and Okubo Station is just a few minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again!」
