“The house was as described, which was fun to explore with our kids. The location was very convenient and it was easy to communicate with the host. It was a little challenging to do dishes for our large crew in the small sink, but we managed and enjoyed the adventure. ”

“This property was such an experience. It’s not just any day you stay in a yurt! This one was classy, and very tastefully done! Tile floors, gorgeous style, even has a hot tub!! It’s a little bit of a rough drive down the mountain, but that is the way of Costa Rica! Laura was very gracious and kind. She even brought us a gift of local honey as we checked out:)”

“Everything was dirty in the property, from the shower curtain full of black mold to coffee maker and fans. Streets are full of garbage outside, smell of sewages and garbage is everywhere. In the shower we found worms and spiders. They even did not have the cutesy of cleaning the dishes, we had to re-wash everything before use. It was horrible. We decided to leave for a hotel the last 5 days of our trip.”

“This land was so beautifully designed and maintained. We were looking for a spot off the beaten tourist hub where we could find quiet, reflection and be in deeper intimacy with the aninate world. It took a bit of effort to locate but we arrived just at sunset. Completely in awe with the bird life that visited (even the outspoken morning rooster :). And the visit to the river was welcomed. It does require a drive to and from, but if you welcome some time on the veranda watching the birds, you……

“Nous avons adoré cet hébergement. La piscine était parfaite surtout après une longue journée de randonnée. Nos enfants se sont beaucoup amusés. Le service fut impeccable. Nous avons même demandé s’il était possible qu’on coupe des branches d’un arbre, car celles-ci cognaient contre le toit et nous gardaient réveillés la nuit à cause des grands vents. Le lendemain, les branches étaient coupées! Emily a la réception nous a même aidé à trouver un guide pour un “Night Tour” qui était à 2 min d’auto.……
