"This was my second time staying at Hotel Heidinger. The room was clean, and the view was awesome. The last time I stayed, I remember the bed was very comfortable. This time the mattress was very hard, and the pillows are hard, and your head doesn't sink down into the pillow like a normal pillow. The curtains in the room are also tattered and have holes in them.
This hotel has the potential to be four stars. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast is better than I would expect. It's just that the...
