「Cuarto limpio, desayuno buffet del domingo muy bueno. La de los otros días, muy básico, no acorde con el estándar de un hotel de esas características. Si bien la atención del front desk fue buena, hubo momentos en que no había nadie en la recepción. En términos generales, una estadía placentera.」

「I had checked out early from another hotel and not only they allowed me to drop off my luggage but got my room ready earlier than their check-in time. When I left the next day, they called a taxi for me to take me to the airport. EXCELLENT SERVICE!」

「We stayed there for a long weekend. We were 8 people in four rooms. The hotel is located in the heart of the historical district, walking distance from Cuenca’s main attractions. The staff was amazing, incredibly helpful, accommodating and went out of their way to please us. They were truly outstanding. Will definitely stay there again.」

「Close to historic center. Nice small apartment with kitchen. If you're not used to Cuenca, be prepared for cold nights and no hotel has heaters. Unfortunately there was a couple of smoke detectors that kept beeping all night throughout the hotel. They do offer an included friendly breakfast at a nearby hotel restaurant. 」
