Location is absolutely ace: easy walk from train station, quiet surroundings, within minutes at the lake and Kloster Chorin Excellent staff: super-friendly at all times, very helpful Food good: excellent dinner at restaurant, average breakfast but plenty Accommodation disappointing (room in Haus am Wald): room was tiny, light/views all blocked by bushes, bathroom tiny, it really felt like being/sleeping in a cupboard, paper-thin walls

Ein schönes Hotel in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Teppichboden müsste dringend erneuert werden. Den möchte man nicht mehr Barfuss betreten. Mit Flecken übersät und sehr dreckig. Die Kopfkissen sind leider auch sehr unbequem. Klumpig und sehr hart. Das Frühstück ist ok. Es wird für jeden Geschmack etwas angeboten. Trotzallem ist es sehr ruhig und man das Hotel gut als Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern nutzen.

Im großen und ganzen waren es sehr schöne Tage. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wenn man Erholung sucht, gerade richtig. Beim Frühstücksservice gibt es noch Potenzial. Das Auffüllen des Buffet war nicht optimal. Vielleicht hilft es einen Kollegen aus der Küche für die Frühstückszeit einzuteilen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.

Es war herrlich ruhig, der Service erstklassig. Das Frühstück hat kaum einen Wunsch offengelassen, Plastikmüll wurde weitgehend vermieden. Das Einzige, was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, waren Bettdecke und -kissen. Ziemlich schwer und das Kissen viel zu dick, da holt man sich leicht eine Nackenverspannung anstatt eines entspannten Schlafs. Ansonsten sehr erholsam und unbedingt zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank!
