"Decent room and you get more for the price you paid"

"Das De La Vita ist ein ganz neues Hotel mit direkter Strandlage (Baujahr 2017 bis 2019). Im letzten Jahr waren wir schon einmal dort. Damals war nur die Hälfte vom Hotel fertiggestellt. Inzwischen sind die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen und der gesamte Komplex ist in Betrieb. Die großen Veränderungen zum Vorjahr: Im Preis der Übernachtung war die Vollpension mit drin und nicht nur die Halbpension. Also Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen. Hausmannskost, aber mit gutem Geschmack. Die Einrichtungen...

"Very small apartment"

"Superb"

"Everything here is wonderful, especially the warm friendly, English speaking staff. It's right on the beach, great bar upstairs with awesome live music. The only drawback maybe that it's 5-10 minutes cab for about 100-200 UAH to the city center depending on where you want to go or a nice 30 minute walk? I highly recommend M-1 Club Hotel. If you don't like a little noise from the music at the Prosecco Bar on the 6th floor than I would recommend staying on the 4th floor or a lower level, or just...

"Amazing hotel, would love to stay here again when everything in Uktraine settles down!"

"Great location"

"Was amazing stay. Will come back. "

"They are very nice, educated, and rooms are very cleaned and big. All very nice!!!"

"The hotel was very nice in all respects, yet the amenity that is very important to me that was not there was a water kettle or coffee machine in room."

"The hotel is wonderful...staff are fabulous..."

"Team was very good "

"The hotel is in the middle of something close to a cross between a theme park and a clubbing centre - it is incredibly noisy and crowded all day and until late at night. There are, according to the hotel, no quiet rooms, because they are surrounded by this district, so there is loud 'clubbing' noise in the rooms until late at night. This means it is no place for anyone wanting to actually sleep at night, in spite of this bing expensive for the region. Additionally, there are no blackout blights...

"My only issue was the door which was extremely frustrating. The staff was amazing though!"

"Elevators make getting to your room easy, front desk staff are helpful and spoke English, the beach is a very short walk away. Location is great."

"Perfect location, friendly staff. "

"Fabulous location, great hotel and SUPER staff members...breakfast was SUPERB!!"

"Great hotel, and very nice area."

"A pleasant hotel to stay at. Only open 3 months now. Rooms a a little small yet that is to be expected at most European hotels. According to hotels.com site on this hotel there was suppose to be free bottled water yet the front desk says they do not offer this. It was even listed on the hotels website yet still not offered. It's only a minor item. Some construction still going on in the resturant yet did not interfere with our stay. Minibar in the room was not supplied, just an empty fridge. The...
