Nice tidy place with everything you need. Very handy to town but not too busy or noisy. I definitely recommend and will look to stay again on for future trips.

I cleaned upon arrival as there was dirt and dust all over the tables, tv stand and bench top. We he floors were all garked up. As we had travelled from Australia we luckily packed enough clothes but had planned to do laundry as it is advertised as washing machine and dryer. No dryer. Washing machine is we filthy and powder everywhere- it’s a liquor machine. As it was raining there was no where to dry laundry. Only one towel each, showers leak water everywhere so with a kid and my fragile mother we had to use our towels to dry the floors consistently every-time someone showered. Mattresses all over carpark so we couldn’t park there as other people took OUR units apartment. Very very noisy and rowdy. Lots of foot traffic so we had to keep the door locked the whole time.

A Great place in a great location
The property was clean, tidy and warm. Check in process was easy as the property manager emailed me all the details a couple of days prior to our arrival. It is close to the CBD and we had no trouble getting places.

Beautiful and New near Hagley
Great layout downstairs, beautiful bedrooms with excellent bathrooms. Clean, tidy with quality amenities thought of for the traveler. Good location - if you don't have a vehicle it is easy to get around. It was very enjoyable to stay in this place.
