Perfect for us

We were looking for a place with a view. Perfect. Even got to see a complete double rainbow, the moon set & the planets aligning! The apartment was spectacular! Coffee pod machine & plunger, laundry with drying rack, beds very comfortable & quiet location.

Red cliffs views

Balmoral was perfectly situated up on the hill with great views, close to Sumner for its beach and restaurants.it was also very close to Christchurch and the airport.It was very clean with comfortable beds a nice bathroom with a great shower and the advantage of having a separate loo which wasnt mentioned in the details.The kitchen was clean and functional.it was a lovely spot on the terrace to watch the sun go down or have breakfast.
