Ground floor has the fully equipped kitchen complete with all the modern appliances such as Oven, Hob, Fridge/freezer and dish drawer to cook meals from home, otherwise a number of great eateries are a short stroll away. Being a corner unit there is ample natural light in the living and dining area which flows to the private, fully fenced courtyard out front. In the living room there is a sofa which can be converted into a bed - additional cost for sofa bed linen will apply. A modern tiled bathroom with shower, vanity and bidet toilet with heated seat. Upstairs you will find the bedroom with spacious Queen bed complete with linen supplied by Canterbury Linen Services, who service local 5 Star Hotels, provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's 5-star hotel clean. In the bedroom you will also find wardrobes for storage and large windows for natural light, complete with black out blinds. You have access to the entire space, including the private outdoor courtyard. There is no dedicated parking with this property. There is street parking only. City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road, some intersections, and restaurants and so you can expect the usual central city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving, background restaurant noise and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city. Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process.
